Knotfield Vines
The Challenge:
Moving a local, small-scale English wine brand into its next phase of growth, within a crowded and increasingly premium market. The brand needed to retain its sense of place and authenticity while building a more confident, credible positioning that could support future commercial ambitions.
My Approach:
I worked closely with the founders to define Knotfield Vines’ brand positioning and narrative, creating a clear strategic framework to guide how the brand shows up across channels. This included refining the core brand idea, tone of voice, audience focus and messaging hierarchy, and shaping how the vineyard’s story, values and long-term vision were communicated.
The Outcome:
The outcome is a more confident, future-ready brand, with the team empowered by clear tone of voice guidance, brand principles and strategic direction. This has equipped Knotfield Vines with the tools, knowledge and clarity needed to move forward independently, supporting sustainable growth while preserving the vineyard’s identity and sense of provenance.
