Jeopardy Hospitality

The Challenge:

The new business was launching a new hospitality venture by reopening a pub in a challenging market, while also establishing a distinct brand for a well-known chef that clearly differentiated from his existing hospitality ventures.

My Approach:

I was involved from the idea stage of The General Tarleton, supporting the development of the brand’s look and feel alongside its pre-launch and post-launch marketing activity. This included helping define tone of voice guidelines, overall marketing strategy and how the brand would show up consistently across channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders and PR, I helped shape a clear, priority-led action plan focused on driving room occupancy, dining covers and events. I also set up the newsletter strategy, establishing a structured approach to ongoing customer communication and retention.

The Outcome:

The outcome is a profitable and successful business in its early stages, underpinned by a clear, practical strategy framework that can be scaled and adopted for future openings within Jeopardy Hospitality.
